Accessibility Statement
Last updated September 15, 2026
Coastal Towing is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. Roadside emergencies do not discriminate, and neither should the tools people use to reach us.
Our Standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.
Measures We Take
Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading order on every page.
Visible keyboard focus styles and a skip link to the main content.
Color combinations checked for contrast against the WCAG AA thresholds.
Text alternatives for images and labels on every form control.
Support for reduced-motion preferences set at the operating-system level.
Layouts that reflow cleanly down to small screens and at increased zoom.
Known Limitations
Some third-party content, such as embedded maps or review widgets, may not fully meet our accessibility standard. Where that content is essential, we provide the same information in text form elsewhere on the page.
Alternative Ways to Reach Us
If any part of this site prevents you from requesting service, call dispatch directly at (757) 555-0123. Our team can take your details by phone and dispatch a driver without you needing to use the website at all.
Feedback
We welcome reports of accessibility barriers. Email support@coastaltowingva.com with the page address and a description of the problem, and we will respond with a plan to address it.
